About The Position

This role supports the implementation of investment strategies, trade execution, and client portfolio management. The Wealth Advisor will maintain accurate records, address client inquiries, and manage administrative workflows to ensure operational efficiency. The position involves meeting with clients and prospects, supporting relationship-building, and cultivating a personal book of business. This role also requires ensuring timely completion of continuing education, adhering to industry regulations, and progressing towards Financial Advisor status through structured learning and mentorship. The individual will develop technical competencies in investment products, market analysis, and financial planning tools, while staying informed of industry trends and contributing to a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation of investment strategies and execution of trades under the direction of management.
  • Maintains accurate and timely trade execution records with strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Monitors and manages client portfolios, ensuring alignment with established investment objectives and risk profiles.
  • Addresses and resolves client inquiries or service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manages and maintains scheduling, documentation, and administrative workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assists in preparing materials for client meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment proposals.
  • Upholds strict confidentiality of all client information and investment transactions.
  • Meets with clients and prospects at designated branch locations to support relationship-building efforts.
  • Supports management in identifying opportunities to expand wallet share and deepen client relationships.
  • Cultivates a personal book of business with strategic guidance, earning commission based on performance.
  • Ensures timely completion of all required continuing education, RegEd modules, and CE requirements for securities and insurance licenses.
  • Executes tasks with full adherence to industry regulations, organizational policies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Progresses toward Financial Advisor status through structured learning, performance milestones, and mentorship by management.
  • Demonstrates ownership in personal growth by actively developing technical competencies in investment products, market analysis, and financial planning tools.
  • Stays informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and investment strategies.
  • Contributes to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment focused on long-term success and operational integrity.
