This position serves in a player/coach capacity with responsibility as a manager to a team of Wealth Advisors and for being a Wealth Advisor. The role involves leading, hiring, coaching, and developing the assigned team, and working closely with senior management in managing the team. It provides leadership and oversight of a Wealth Advisor sales team within a specific region, assisting the Market Leader in developing and implementing talented Wealth Advisor teams, sales strategies, and delivering results on the strategy. The incumbent will also drive individual production as a Wealth Advisor.
