The position is responsible for being the business owner of a product, system, or application within the Truist Wealth platform. This includes areas such as account opening, e-sign, workflows, and other teammate-facing applications and tools for the Truist Wealth organization. The role involves defining strategy, analyzing potential solutions, and driving the implementation of initiatives to meet business goals. The essential functions include leading business analysis and project management to drive strategy, continuous improvement, and expanded utilization of the product to achieve operational efficiency, risk management, client and advisor experience, and asset and revenue goals. This role also involves coordinating with subject matter experts, business leaders, and operational teams to define strategic and tactical needs, system enhancements, and priorities. Collaboration with vendor partners, technology teams, and CRM partners is crucial for determining system requirements, solutions, integrations, and connectivity. The Product Manager will develop and oversee change management initiatives, ensure proper teammate training, and coordinate testing and implementation activities. Operational aspects of the product, including vendor relationship management, issue tracking, process documentation, SLAs, and reporting, are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the role requires working with SME partners to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements for the Wealth business and owned systems are met.
