About The Position

The WCE Field Specialist is responsible for executing service delivery and ensuring job deliverables are accurate and on time. The role involves customer engagement, compliance with company and regulatory standards, participation in risk analysis and continuous improvement, and supporting HSE and quality initiatives. The position requires five years of experience as an ES Specialist in the Gulf of America and the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training.
