This role is essential in preparing students for full-time employment, advanced training, or higher education by coordinating on- and off-center learning opportunities that build strong employability skills. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in: • Workforce development or employer engagement • Community outreach, vocational guidance, or youth-focused programming • Career coaching, counseling, or social services • Business partnerships, economic development, or labor relations • Program coordination, training, or case management You will collaborate closely with the Career Services Manager, Career Technical Training staff, employer partners, safety/security teams, and community organizations to ensure students receive high-quality training and support. This is an on-site, student-facing role requiring initiative, strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build lasting relationships with employers and community stakeholders. Your work directly influences student career readiness, program outcomes, employer satisfaction, and overall center success.
