Wax Production Operator Weekend Shift

About The Position
This is a weekend shift position. 3:00am-3:00pm with a paid lunch. (Train on 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:00pm) Responsible for visual inspection of wax pattern and dressing of defects, and other various tasks related to pattern manufacturing.
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Steady hands
- Good visual acuity
- Constant use of both upper extremities to inspect, dress, repair, label and seal wax patterns.
- Frequent use of hand tools
- Reach / handle activities at waist, knee, shoulder, overhead.
- Push/lift 10-35 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Visually inspects wax patterns to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Dress defects using hot torches and hot plates; trims flash; fixes air bubbles; label patterns; assembles parts; applies sealant; keeps work area clean.
- Accurately report daily production quantities
