About The Position

As a Wax Assembler at PCC – Carson City, you'll work with detailed wax patterns that are assembled into molds used in our investment casting process. Using specialized hand tools and heated tools, you'll carefully prepare, assemble, repair, and inspect wax components that ultimately help create aerospace parts. No wax assembly experience? That's okay! We'll train you! If you enjoy working with your hands, have an eye for detail, and like the satisfaction of creating something precise, this could be a great fit.

Ability to frequently use hands and fingers for gripping, manipulating, dressing, repairing, and assembling wax components.

Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the work area as required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds independently; heavier items require assistance or approved lifting devices.
Ability to safely work with heated tools, wax materials, solvents, and other approved manufacturing materials.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.
