Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read, understand and interpret employment policies, instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals in English
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, depth perception and color vision
• Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment
• Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs.

• Familiarity with WM wave planning software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to the release and flow of orders throughout the Fulfillment Center.
• Follow building guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Utilize WMS functionalities to maintain proper workflow and balance through outbound processes.
• Ensure sufficient work for outbound processing areas to meet SOT (Ship On Time) commitments and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Set priorities for all work queues and provide regular updates to area managers on progress rates.
• Research cancelled pick tickets and collaborate with the FC Inventory Control team to troubleshoot issues and maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure all cartons are processed to “Shipped” status by the end of each day’s wave cycles.
• Identify training opportunities in outbound processes.
• Practice open and continuous communication, keeping others informed and presenting ideas clearly.
• Conduct daily team meetings.
• Recognize and celebrate individual and team performance with positive reinforcement.
• Ensure associates work towards continuous improvement goals.
• Encourage associates to offer suggestions for process/culture improvement and champion their ideas.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Benefits

• Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll.
• Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party.
• Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances.
• In all circumstances, testing must be completed within 24 hours of notification.
