Wave Machine Operator
About The Position
Nesco Resource is seeking Wave Machine Operators for our client, a provider of electronic manufacturing services specializing in printed circuit board assembly, box build, and testing solutions. With over 40 years of experience, they partner with clients across diverse industries to deliver high-quality, innovative electronic products. Their state-of-the-art facility and skilled team ensure that they meet the highest standards of precision and reliability in electronics manufacturing. This is a 1st Shift, Monday- Friday position. Shift time is 7 AM-3:30 PM. Pay rate is $20 to $24 an hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment
- Basic math skills and reading comprehension
- 1-3 years of general work experience required
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of industrial technology is a plus
- Prior production/ manufacturing machine experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process
- Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available
- Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed
- Visually inspect production run and document results
- Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas
- Utilize computer systems to track and locate production units
- Produces quality work meeting company and customer standards
