Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls, floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods. Requirements

Apprentice or Journeyman level experience in waterproofing
Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber)
Good understanding of commercial roofing installation

Responsibilities

Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems
Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade
Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation
