The Waterpark Supervisor will conduct classes, training, and in-service training for aquatics staff. They will develop, implement, and monitor programming and schedules for waterpark operation. This role directs the implementation of department policies and procedures by conducting in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of utilization data and other inputs. The supervisor will develop detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectives. They will communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, using tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve conflict. This role performs supervisory tasks of a team, including resolving conflict, coaching, and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management. The supervisor will also prepare, design, order, and distribute marketing material for the Waterpark. Other tasks will be assigned by the Manager of Waterpark & Activities.
