About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Park Services associate. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of equipment and all general areas in the waterpark both during and after hours and is expected to maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the waterpark, pools, shower areas, and bathrooms. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure the waterpark remains clean, safe, and inviting, creating a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Knowledge of waterpark operations and/or hotel housekeeping knowledge are helpful.
- Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.
- A positive attitude and a personality focused on service.
- Willingness to work flexible and sometimes long hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Clean and maintain all general areas of the waterpark, including walls, floors, stairs, chairs, tables, restrooms, waterpark attractions, and other applicable equipment, both indoors and outdoors (when applicable).
- Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
- Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
