The Waterpark Food & Beverage Front of House Manager is responsible for all daily functions within the Food and Beverage Department. This includes ordering food, beverages, serving supplies, retail items, and cleaning products. The role involves preparing records for analysis and reports, ensuring proper training of all employees, and managing employee scheduling, performance, reviews, and evaluations. The manager must uphold and enforce all policies and procedures, set an example for others, and ensure quality services and products. Additionally, the position is responsible for the safety of guests and employees, protecting company assets, motivating employees, experimenting with new serving techniques and menu items to promote sales or decrease expenses, coordinating special events, and ensuring the cleanliness of the department. The manager will also set short-term and long-term goals and develop strategies, budgets, and business plans for the Food and Beverage Department.
