About The Position

Alro Steel is hiring a 2nd Shift Waterjet Operator in Mount Clemens, Michigan. The role is part of a team-oriented operation focused on preparing material orders for shipment and providing excellent customer service. No experience is necessary; extensive initial training and ongoing mentoring are provided. Candidates should be dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, attentive to detail, willing to learn, and committed to working as part of a team. Responsibilities

Prepare and fill material orders for shipment to customers as part of a team.
Operate waterjet equipment and, as applicable to material handling operations, overhead cranes, forklifts, metal saws, shears, and lasers.
Contribute to safe and efficient operations and Alro Steel’s customer service mission.
