About The Position

Wright-Pierce , an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure, is seeking a high-impact Hydraulic Lead Project Engineer to help shape the future of our modeling and master planning practice. This is not a conventional engineering role. We are looking for a driven, intellectually curious professional who aspires to become a recognized expert and thought leader in hydraulic modeling and master planning. This individual will play a key role in advancing how we apply modeling, data, and emerging technologies—including AI—to solve complex infrastructure challenges. You will work alongside industry leaders with decades of experience in steady-state, extended period, and transient hydraulic modeling; water quality modeling; and the design of pumping systems, surge mitigation, conveyance, and treatment infrastructure. More importantly, you will be expected to build on that foundation—challenging norms, advancing methodologies, and helping define what comes next. We are committed to developing top talent into industry leaders . If you have the ambition to be among the best—and the work ethic to match—we will provide the platform, mentorship, and opportunities to get you there.
