About The Position
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Group Leader for their team in Loveland! This role is responsible for department overall performance, leadership, and staff management. The Group Leader will also assist with short/long-term strategic planning, build and maintain client relationships, and aid in business development. Additionally, the position involves mentoring and training junior staff, leading multiple projects simultaneously, and performing project management duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in the consulting industry
- 3+ years of experience of supervisory experience
- Experience with daily management/leadership
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Responsibilities
