About The Position
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Group Leader for their team in St. Louis! This role is responsible for department overall performance, leadership and staff management, assisting with short/long-term strategic planning, building and maintaining client relationships, assisting with business development, mentoring and training junior staff, leading multiple projects simultaneously, and performing project management duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in the consulting industry
- 3+ years of experience of supervisory experience
- Experience with daily management/leadership
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Responsible for department overall performance, leadership and staff management
