Water/Wastewater Engineer
About The Position
Reputable multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their Phoenix team! Responsibilities include leading quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities, making recommendations regarding project design work, and working closely with other teams and engineers on wastewater collection/treatment projects, water supply, storage, treatment, and distribution. Projects include sanitary sewer piping, wastewater pump stations, wastewater treatment facilities, water piping, water supply wells, water storage tanks, and water treatment facilities. The role also involves travel to job sites as needed and mentoring/training junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 8+ years of related water/wastewater experience
- PE License
- Experience in AutoCAD or other related software
Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities
- Make recommendations regarding project design work
