About The Position

Growing firm with offices in multiple states is seeking a Senior Water Wastewater Engineer for their team in Milwaukee! Responsibilities include using technical expertise to serve as a technical resource, planning and designing water and wastewater systems. Business development responsibilities include identifying and pursuing strategic targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting client expectations through regular meetings, fulfilling contractual obligations, and staying current on industry trends. The role also involves ensuring proposals address client concerns, objectives, and goals, serving as project manager as needed to direct teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality control procedures, providing quality control reviews in the area of technical expertise, and participating in professional organizations and industry events to promote company capabilities.

Requirements

• M.S., B.S. in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering degree
• 12+ years of experience, including working collaboratively with clients and design teams
• PE License
• Established relationships in this market
• Proven project management experience delivering quality work on time and within budget
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Build/maintain client relationships
• Meet client expectations through meeting with clients regularly, following company contractual obligations and staying current on industry trends
• Ensure that proposals address all the client's concerns, objectives, and goals
• Serve as project manager as needed (direct teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality control procedures)
• Provide quality control reviews in area of technical expertise
• Participate in professional organizations and attend industry-related events to promote company capabilities
