We're looking for a hands-on leader with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment plant construction, infrastructure, and project leadership. Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
  • 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience.
  • Strong background supervising treatment plant construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with pumps, process piping, blowers, lift stations, treatment equipment, underground utilities, and plant infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience installing electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment plants. A Master Electrician License is not required; however, candidates must have practical experience installing electrical infrastructure associated with treatment plant construction.
  • Experience with estimating, bidding, procurement, scheduling, and project planning.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field operations on water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
  • Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily construction activities from start to finish.
  • Manage project schedules, manpower, equipment, and material procurement.
  • Support estimating, bidding, takeoffs, and proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and project managers.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Identify and resolve field issues quickly while maintaining productivity.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Mentor field personnel and build strong, accountable teams.
  • Oversee multiple projects ranging from approximately $10M-$20M.
