Water Truck Driver
About The Position
FNF Construction is hiring an onsite Water Truck Driver in Casa Grande, Arizona. The role hauls water in tanker trucks holding up to 5,000 gallons and involves moving between tasks as workflow requires. Duties include controlling dust at construction sites, assisting heavy equipment operators with excavation and earthwork, using the truck’s auxiliary pump and fire hose to create backfill material, and washing down heavy equipment as needed. The work is outdoors in all weather conditions and takes place around heavy equipment, moving machinery, construction materials, and the traveling public.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of mass excavation means and methods and soils testing.
- Current, active Class A or Class B Commercial Driver License with tank endorsement.
- Clean CDL license record.
- Current medical card.
- At least 2 years of experience safely operating a commercial vehicle with a tank capacity of at least 2,000 gallons.
- Acceptable five-year driving history and PSP report.
- Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen.
- Must be able to climb on and off equipment safely and frequently walk and climb on uneven surfaces.
Responsibilities

- Wash down heavy equipment as required.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Safely operate water trucks both off-road and on-road.
- Maintain awareness of employees’ activities and stationary and mobile equipment operations.
