About The Position

Wright Tree Service of Canada is seeking a full-time, seasonal Water Truck Driver to join their team. This role involves watering trees, shrubs, and sod around Edmonton and the surrounding area. The position reports to the General Foreperson and is part of a company that provides vegetation management, storm restoration, and work planning services to utility companies across North America.

Requirements

• Class 5 driver’s license with air brake endorsement.
• Valid First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work as part of a team in physically demanding environments.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Motivated to learn independently and from team members, with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working in noisy environments with proper PPE.
• Ability to operate and service all required tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Water trees, shrubs & sod around Edmonton and area.
• Maintain record of worked hours.
• Carry out proper safety procedures and documentation.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Work and drive in a safe, professional, and responsible manner.
• Regularly perform physical and manual labor.
• Other duties as required.

Benefits

• Pay rate of $23 to $26 per hour.
