About The Position

Responsible for safely and efficiently operating and driving trucks/vehicles to support operations at the project site. Loads and unloads truck to and from job site, may involve heavy lifting. Inspects site to ensure safe environment to load and unload. Compliant with site policies and safety procedures. Reports any accidents and/or injuries immediately. For DOT drivers: Performs all required DOT inspections and complies with other regulatory DOT requirements by adhering to state and federal laws and regulations. Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in the construction field.
• Maintain a clear motor vehicle record (MVR) according to DOT and company standards.
• Maintain a proper license and/or CDL that is in good standing: Class A license, Class B license, DOT license.
• Ability to operate and drive a vehicle/truck.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions accurately.
• Ability to work on different types of terrain.

Nice To Haves

• Tanker endorsements a plus.
