Reporting to the Foreman, the Water Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the water truck, with the goal of controlling dust and keeping road surfaces at optimum moisture content. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operate the Water Truck and other equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment. Operate the Water Truck safely and efficiently Fill truck tank with water Spray water in designated areas Train new employees in the safe and efficient operation of the Water Truck. Operate other heavy equipment and other construction related duties as required.
