Our Water Treatment Sales Consultants play a key role in helping homeowners improve the quality of their water while building a specialized career in a growing industry. Through company-provided leads, ongoing training, and a strong partnership with an established water treatment provider, you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted expert in water softening, filtration, reverse osmosis, and other water treatment solutions throughout the Chicagoland suburbs.

Requirements

  • Previous in-home sales experience preferred
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer homes throughout the Chicagoland suburbs to conduct scheduled lead appointments
  • Perform water quality testing and inspections to identify customer needs and concerns
  • Educate homeowners on water filtration, water softening, and other water treatment solutions
  • Present customized recommendations and solution options using a consultative sales approach
  • Build trust with customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training through TR Miller, Nexstar, and our water treatment partner to develop industry expertise
  • Other duties as assigned
