Develop, implement and manage all control and reporting tools such as Documentation control, Cost control and Planning. This role is crucial for managing construction planning activities, project schedules, and deliverables in accordance with established processes and procedures. The Project Controller will also be responsible for producing cost and progress s-curves, liaising with various department managers and engineers to discuss project progress and address any arising issues. Additionally, this position involves drafting letters, memos, and reports related to project control matters and assisting the Contract Manager and Procurement team in case of disputes with contractors or suppliers.
