About The Position

The incumbent will have an opportunity to work within a relevant field related to their major in order to gain work experience. Usually the candidate for this role will be a college student who is interested in learning about our business and expanding their knowledge in work processes, analysis and support functions.

Requirements

College student preferably pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a science program.
Minimum GPA of [3.0/4.0] and in good academic standing at an accredited university.
Foundational knowledge of scientific research methodologies and hands-on laboratory or simulation experience.
Competency in all Microsoft Office software.
Strong analytical abilities, excellent written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and motivation to execute.
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Assist engineering building prototypes, designing, preparing, and executing experiments.
Work and maintain laboratory workstations and equipment to ensure a safe environment for oneself and others.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of research procedures and methods.
Collect, process, and analyze datasets using Excel, or similar tools.
Summarize research findings, draft technical reports, and deliver a final presentation of your work.
