You spend your day putting out fires, chasing problems, and working on equipment nobody notices until it fails. This role is different. At Wisenbaker, the Facility / Water Plant Maintenance Technician is a key player in keeping our operation moving. The work you do directly supports production, protects equipment, keeps recycled water flowing, and helps maintain a safe, clean environment. You are not “just maintenance.” You help keep the entire system running. Our manufacturing operation depends on reliable recycled water systems. If the plant stops flowing, production feels it. You’ll help maintain water treatment operations, support equipment reliability, improve facility appearance, and prevent downtime before it happens. Your work has visible impact every day.
Requirements
- Maintenance, facility, industrial, or water treatment experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working hands-on in an active manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Strong ownership mentality and reliability
Responsibilities
- Keep recycled water flowing to production equipment
- Support water treatment operations and chemical additions
- Remove sludge buildup and maintain plant efficiency
- Repair PVC lines and troubleshoot water system issues
- Maintain pumps and prepare backup equipment
- Paint and maintain machines, bollards, and facility areas
- Keep carts, grates, and support equipment operating properly
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
