About The Position
The Tank Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the shop and addressing any product issues customers may be experiencing. This role involves delivering tanks and various fluids, and occasionally assisting truck drivers with hose pulling. The position also requires collaborating with customers to resolve complaints and ensuring a strong work ethic to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Adequate communication and organization skills
- Strong work ethic skills, going above and beyond for customers during service calls
- Detail-oriented to ensure all mistakes are found and corrected
- Resourceful and use commonsense when problem solving
- Ability to use various hand tools
- Ability to know and follow all OSHA regulations
- Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Nice To Haves
- Experience in mechanics preferred
Responsibilities
