Water Restoration Technician/General Labor
About The Position
Roto-Rooter is hiring a full-time Water Restoration Technician. After completing paid training, technicians can expect to earn between $40,000 and $60,000. Flexible work schedules are offered, and no prior experience is necessary. The role may suit people with experience in carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, or general labor. Opportunities for growth within the Water Restoration department are available. The technician works as part of a team to extract water from structures using specialized equipment and to remove damaged furniture, flooring, and wallboard. All jobs must follow IICRC protocols. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test, and maintain an IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician certification. Applicants must be at least 21 if the position is DOT-regulated and possess relevant certifications.
