About The Position
Roto-Rooter is expanding its water restoration division and is hiring a Water Restoration Monitoring Technician. The technician visits customer sites, assesses the site and presents solutions, then completes the project safely and within the established timeframe while ensuring the customer is satisfied.
Requirements
- Service technician experience, preferably in the restoration industry.
- Strong customer service focus and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- IICRC Certification.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at customer sites as scheduled.
- Inspect the site and present solutions to the customer.
- Complete projects using all safety guidelines provided by Roto-Rooter Services Company.
- Complete projects within the established timeframe.
- Ensure projects are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
