About The Position
Growing full service firm looking to add a talented Water Resources Engineer to their Louisville, Kentucky office!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in professional design: Wastewater treatment plant design, Hydraulics, Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection and Treatment systems analysis, Asset management and pipeline design hydraulics, Inspection, condition assessment, and proper repair/rehabilitation design of sewers
- Experience with comprehending/interpreting codes
- Experience reading/understand construction drawings
- Experience developing estimates/budgets
- Proficient with AutoCAD and GIS software
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Design of wastewater treatment plants
- Design of gravity sewer and pump station that meet municipality standards
- Water distribution, storage and pumping design
- Water/sewer system master planning
- Permitting for railroad, DOT/Roadway, OEPA, and Municipalities
- Assist team with design of other civil engineering projects
- Use technical expertise to help team solve complicated issues
