Licensed operators are preferred, but we also welcome candidates with experience in process control, industrial operations, maintenance, utilities, manufacturing, or those with advanced study in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience strongly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed operators are preferred
  • experience in process control, industrial operations, maintenance, utilities, manufacturing, or those with advanced study in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness to obtain certification.
  • CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate water treatment equipment, pumps, motors, valves, and related systems.
  • Perform routine testing, sampling, inspections, and basic laboratory analyses.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair treatment equipment and instrumentation.
  • Document operational data and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Respond to emergencies and support plant operations as needed.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and secure facility.
