Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Water/Wastewater Operator License preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience strongly valued.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Licensed operators are preferred

Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate water treatment equipment, pumps, motors, valves, and related systems.
- Perform routine testing, sampling, inspections, and basic laboratory analyses.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair treatment equipment and instrumentation.
- Document operational data and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Respond to emergencies and support plant operations as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and secure facility.
