About The Position

At SERVPRO of Minnetonka, we're looking for experienced Water Mitigation Technicians who take pride in helping homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, and storm damage. You'll respond to emergency losses, operate industry-leading drying equipment, work alongside an experienced team, and help restore properties when people need us most.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 1 year of restoration, mitigation, construction, or related experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Comfortable working on ladders, in crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response (if applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies
  • Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and mitigation services
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment
  • Inspect job sites and ensure work meets SERVPRO quality standards
  • Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process while providing exceptional customer service
  • Accurately document jobs using photos, moisture readings, and daily notes
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory
  • Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Work closely with project managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Mentor and assist newer technicians as needed
