About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Water Heater Technician with at least 2.5 years of experience in plumbing or water heater installation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with using technology like email and iPads for job documentation. This role requires a commitment to safety, continuous learning, and staying updated with industry advancements. A valid and active Oregon State Driver's License is mandatory, along with a clean driving record and meeting age and experience requirements for insurability.

Requirements

2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in Plumbing or water heater installation.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with email and using an iPad.
Ability to complete job documentation and communicate with team members.
Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business.
Valid and active OR State Driver’s License.
Must be an insurable driver and possess a current OR State Driver's License.
Must be 25 years of age with 2+ years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks.
Utilize email and an iPad for job documentation.
Complete job documentation and communicate with team members (team leads, Customer Service & Dispatch) as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Train, learn, and stay up-to-date with the Plumbing Business.
Maintain a safe place to park the company truck during off-hours.
