About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Water Heater Technician with a strong background in plumbing or water heater installation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with essential tools like email and iPads for job documentation and team communication. This role requires adherence to safety procedures and a commitment to continuous learning within the plumbing industry. A valid Oregon State Driver's License and a safe parking space for a company truck are mandatory.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in Plumbing or water heater installation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with email and using an iPad.
• Ability to complete job documentation and communicate with team members.
• Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business.
• Valid and active Oregon State Driver's License.
• Must be an insurable driver.
• Must be 25 years of age with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Must have a safe place to park the company truck during off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water heaters.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks.
• Utilize email and an iPad for job documentation and communication.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on plumbing technologies.
