About The Position

Fast Home Services is seeking a motivated Water Heater Technician to join their growing team, serving Northern LA and the San Fernando Valley. This position offers significant earning potential with annual earnings of $80K+ and no cap. Attendance at weekly Monday Tech Meetings in Santa Fe Springs is mandatory. The role involves installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate possesses strong plumbing skills, prioritizes safety, and is committed to excellent customer service. A training wage of $25/hr is offered, with bonuses available after the training period. Candidates must pass a drug screen and have a good driving record.

Requirements

2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in plumbing or water heater installation.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal team members.
Able to work independently.
Familiarity with email and using an iPad.
Valid and active CA State Driver’s License.
Must be an insurable driver and possess a current CA State Driver's License.
Must be 25 years of age with 2+ years of driving experience.
Must pass a drug screen.
Must have a good driving record.
Must have a safe place to park the company truck during off-hours.

Responsibilities

Installing, replacing, and repairing both tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings.
Complete job documentation and communicate with team members (team leads, Customer Service & Dispatch) as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Willingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing Business.
