About The Position

Fast Home Services is seeking a Water Heater Technician to join their team serving Northern LA and the San Fernando Valley. This role offers potential annual earnings of $80K+ with unlimited growth. Technicians are responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong plumbing expertise, a commitment to safety, and excellent customer service skills. Weekly Monday Tech Meetings are mandatory and held at the Santa Fe Springs warehouse.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in Plumbing or water heater installation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with email and using an iPad.
• Ability to complete job documentation and communicate with team members (team leads, Customer Service & Dispatch).
• Valid and active CA State Driver’s License.
• Must be an insurable driver and possess a current CA State Driver's License.
• Must be 25 years of age with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must have a good Driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installing, replacing, and repairing tank and tankless water heaters in residential and commercial settings.
• Communicating with customers and internal team members.
• Completing job documentation.
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Training, learning, and staying up-to-date with the Plumbing Business.
