Requirements
- Reliable and ready to work
- Willing to learn new skills (we train you!)
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Current IICRC WRT certification
Responsibilities
- Help respond to water, fire, and mold damage jobs
- Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up
- Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how)
- Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
- Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
