Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
- Comfortable working after hours, weekends, and participating in the on-call rotation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Basic computer and smartphone skills

- Experience in Insurance Restoration
- Current IICRC certifications are highly valued, including: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT, TCST
Responsibilities
- Water damage mitigation
- Structural drying
- Fire and smoke mitigation
- Emergency board-ups and tarping
- Mold remediation
- Asbestos and lead abatement (where certified)
- Carpet cleaning and specialty cleaning
- Equipment setup and monitoring
- Moisture documentation
- Customer communication and education
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
- Supporting warehouse operations when needed
- Participating in the on-call rotation
