The current vacancy is a 1500-hour temporary position; however, the employment list that will be established from this recruitment may be utilized to fill future regular, temporary and limited term vacancies in the City for the duration of the list. Requirements

Six months experience in operation and maintenance of a water distribution system, irrigation system management, or water conservation program (for Water Conservation Worker I)
Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade, GED, or higher-level degree
Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment
Two years of increasingly responsible experience in operation and maintenance of a water distribution system, irrigation system management, and/or water conservation program similar to that of a Water Conservation Worker I in the City of Roseville (for Water Conservation Worker II)
A DOHS Water Distribution D-2 Certificate and a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA) Certificate issued by the Irrigation Association must be completed within the first year of employment (for Water Conservation Worker II)
