Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or non-climate-controlled spaces.
• You show up on time, ready to work, with a professional attitude.
• A commitment to doing high-quality work, even when no one is looking.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic when speaking with stressed homeowners.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manually remove water-damaged materials, including soaked carpeting, heavy padding, drywall, and debris.
• Load, unload, and maneuver heavy industrial air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Perform "tear-outs" and cleaning in challenging environments like crawlspaces, attics, and flooded basements.
• Follow strict industry standards to ensure the job is done right the first time, protecting the homeowner from future issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to help our community when emergencies happen after hours.
