About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in the luxury sector, is seeking a Watchmaker Level 4 to perform movement repairs on various mechanical watches. This role requires exceptional dexterity and focus for handling small parts to ensure best-in-class quality. The Watchmaker Level 4 may be assigned to departments such as Workshop, Diagnosis, Dismantling, Case preparation, or Polishing, based on technical expertise.

Requirements

Watchmaking Degree.
Very strong experience in the watchmaking industry.
Working experience with luxury brands.
High level of dexterity and focus to handle small parts, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and efficiently provide a high level of quality.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and listening skills.
Computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform movement repairs on mechanical watches, identifying and fixing issues to meet brand specifications for movements designated as Level 4 or below.
Encase movements within watch cases, conducting aesthetic and functional checks before submission to the Quality Control Department.
Assist with training and development of new team members when requested by the supervisor.
Lead by example and reinforce company policies and procedures such as 5S and FIFO.
Adhere to Richemont and brand specifications regarding tools, technical procedures, work assignments, quality standards, and Standard Time of Operations (STOs).
Maintain and organize the working environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are calibrated, maintained, properly laid out, and accessible.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
