This role involves monitoring and maintaining industrial wastewater treatment systems. You will conduct routine inspections of equipment and control systems, perform tests and analyses on wastewater samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain accurate records of wastewater treatment processes, analyses, and system performance. Additionally, you will perform preventive and routine maintenance on wastewater equipment and systems, troubleshoot and repair wastewater equipment and systems as needed, and implement and follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines. You will also interact with all employees in a cooperative and effective manner.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have proficient organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions and in emergencies as needed.
- Ability to work off shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in wastewater treatment is preferable.
- Previous experience in wastewater management or a related field is preferable.
- Experience in Construction, electrical, or plumbing, is preferable.
