Requirements

• High school Graduate or Equivalent.
• 0-3 Years in industrial manufacturing environment preferred
• Must consistently Lift 25lbs, occasionally up to 55 lbs.

• Vocational School or Technical Secondary Education a Plus

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations, inspections, sampling, observation, and record keeping for equipment and processes.
• Complete preventive maintenance (PMs), basic maintenance, and mechanical repairs, including plumbing, machinery disassembly/reassembly, and repair validation.
• Use the CMMS system to document maintenance, clean, lubricate, repair equipment, and track compliance-related activities.
• Maintain area cleanliness and safety, execute improvement initiatives, and coordinate contractor work as the Henkel point of contact with proper documentation.
