About The Position

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Wastewater Project Manager to join our company. The salary range is $95,000 - $160,000/yr. Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location. This role involves applying intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices, performing portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary wastewater pump stations, treatment plant, and water treatment projects. The position also entails technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating small to mid-size horizontal and vertical water and wastewater projects, identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s technical and quality control standards and delivery of services, and coordinating, managing, and mentoring staff engineers and technicians. Assistance with business development is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • 10 plus years of experience
  • Professional Engineer License required
  • B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices
