Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the wastewater industry required
2+ years in a supervisor role
Have an appropriate wastewater license
Knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Must be able to stoop, bend, and kneel to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections
Must be able to walk through a large facility
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to work in an environmental setting

Responsibilities

Team Member Supervisory Responsibilities
Leadership, management, and accountability for designated Wastewater Operations Specialists
Complete quarterly one on ones with team members
Run wastewater treatment plants within permit limits
Support the Director of Operations
Alternate wastewater operations scheduler
Manage wastewater contractors
