Our wastewater collection system operators participate in the operations and maintenance of our Wastewater Collection System and/or Wastewater Pumping Stations, which may include CCTV work, line repair and replacement, road flagging, and water disconnects. This individual may also operate water and/or wastewater treatment plant equipment in a support role. Performs skilled, journeyman-level work in monitoring, repairing and controlling the functioning of pump station and plant equipment and processes.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a DOT background check, DOT pre-placement physical and DOT drug screen before employment

Nice To Haves

• A valid Class A CDL is preferred
• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in the wastewater industry is preferred
• May require working an on-call schedule, irregular work schedule and overtime hours

Responsibilities

• Participate in the operations and maintenance of our Wastewater Collection System and/or Wastewater Pumping Stations
• Perform CCTV work
• Perform line repair and replacement
• Perform road flagging
• Perform water disconnects
• Operate water and/or wastewater treatment plant equipment in a support role
• Perform skilled, journeyman-level work in monitoring, repairing and controlling the functioning of pump station and plant equipment and processes
