About The Position

The Waste Water Treatment Operator B works at GE Vernova’s Greenville Gas Turbine site, supporting the facility’s operations through wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, and fire protection system duties. The role involves daily operation and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Facility and support for team objectives under the direction of the Operations Leader.

Requirements

• Ability to pass all required testing through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
• Ability to successfully complete RCRA hazardous waste training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• SC LLR Trainee documentation; priority consideration will be given to applicants who have it.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Facility daily.
• Manage hazardous waste systems.
• Inspect and operate fire protection systems.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
• Support team objectives and carry out tasks as directed by the Operations Leader.
